Apes is a network of solidarity economy actors in the Hauts-de-France which aims to:
Represent and promote the solidarity economy
Support the initiatives of actors in the territories, in a collective and bottom-up approach
invest in Research and Development through the experimentation of innovative projects.
Apes acts as an aggregator of all the stakeholders working on a particular territory or theme and advocates cooperation and openness among them to foster the emergence of collective projects that respond, in an innovative way, to non-satisfied needs.
Apes promotes collective, bottom-up approaches and advocates the right to experimentation. It works in a very rich partnership framework bringing together research, public authorities, ESS actors, companies of the classical economy …
